All orders are packed and shipped TUE-SAT. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST will be packed and shipped the next day of operation..
Any orders over $150 or shipping to apartments may require a signature upon delivery. Please note, Puerto Rico and Guam are US territories and United States should be selected as the country when getting shipping rates.
Currently, Playback Video Games is only fulfilling order within the United States.
All orders subject to stock availability.
If you feel that your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There will be a 15% deduction from the value of trade-ins when requesting cash instead of store credit.
There will be deductions given for systems missing all required parts/cables/chargers
Items we do NOT accept include but are not limited to:
•Items Not In Working Condition
•Items With Bug Residue
•Items In Poor Cosmetic Condition
•Toy to Life Figures ie. Skylanders, Disney Infinity
Playback Video Games reserves the right to refuse a trade-in for any reason. All trades subject to manager approval. All trades are final. Trade values subject to change without notice. Playback Video Games reserves the right to cease taking trades of any product without notice.
By purchasing service through Playback Video Games, you agree that you are the rightful, lawful, and only owner of the items to be repaired. You are aware that in certain instances, Playback Video Games may be unable to repair some systems. You understand that some extremely old or rare systems may have unavailable components or major system damage such as a cracked motherboard. If this is the case you understand that Playback Video Games is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the repair process. You also understand that the cost of repair will include labor and cost of parts.

If you made the purchase in person or through curbside pickup, please return the item to the place of purchase/pickup.
If you made the purchase online and your order was shipped, please email us at email@example.com
Please note that we will try to troubleshoot most problems before going through with a full return as vintage equipment/games can be temperamental at times.
