Are my items guaranteed to work?

Yes. Shop with confidence as all items bought from Playback Video Games are guaranteed to work.

What does my console come with?

All consoles come with all cables/controllers required to play. Typically, this includes a power cable/AC adapter, AV/HDMI Cable, and a controller.

The following consoles may include a third-party controller: NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, PS1, PS2, Original Xbox, Sega & Atari systems.

What is your return policy?

When will my items ship?

All orders are packed and shipped TUE-SAT. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST will be packed and shipped the next day of operation.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking info.

Orders can be tracked at any time through your Account Portal.

An item is missing from my order, what do I do?

We apologize in advance for any errors in packing. If you are missing items or received the wrong item please email us immediately at shipping@playbackvideogames.com.

If you feel that item(s) need to be returned, please email us at returns@playbackvideogames.com. Please note that we will try to help you troubleshoot any problems with your order before opening a return.

Does Playback Video Games buy games/take trade ins?

YES. We offer more store credit and more cash than our competitors. We accept trade-ins at any of our retail locations.
